Third-party services
- Cloudflare Turnstile: anti-spam protection for forms; Cloudflare may process technical data from your browser.

- WhatsApp: only if you choose to send your request via WhatsApp.
- Web notifications: only if you accept them in your browser.
Retention
Requests and bookings: 3 years after last contact. Analytics: 13 months. Rejected reviews: deleted.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, through the “Open a ticket” form. You may also contact the CNDP (Morocco) or your national data protection authority.
